Innisfail Hospital is a 49-bed rural hospital providing health care services at Level 3 - 4 within the Clinical Services Capability Framework. The Emergency Department is a busy rural department with approximately 1500 presentations per month. The Specialist Clinics area supports approximately 10 - 14 public and private visiting outreach specialist services.

About your opportunity:
In this position you will...
Provide effective and efficient management of service in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of quality evidence based care.
Lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing clear plans, timelines and specific activities.
Collaboratively lead, support and participate in investigating and implementing recommendations for improved client outcomes and service delivery using a range of appropriate audit/research approaches.
