Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, building strong client relationships

Drive individual and team sales targets while maintaining high visual merchandising standards

Support day-to-day store operations including stock management, replenishment, and VM

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the Kate Spade brand with confidence

Assist with store opening and closing duties

Previous retail experience (fashion, premium or outlet experience is highly regarded)

Strong passion for fashion, luxury retail, and customer service

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
