Your opportunity:
A key role of this position is the leadership of the Year 4-6 cohort and all actions related to this including enrolment, attendance, behaviour and assemblies. Further roles include line management of DRT's, Leadership of PBL and Real Schools. Organise Timetabling, Surveys, Reporting, Daily Teacher Replacement, and Yr 6 Transitions, as well as other roles as delegated by the principal.
Support the Principal in delivering a shared vision focused on quality student outcomes.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Provide ethical, values-based leadership and promote an inclusive school culture.
Set high expectations for student and staff performance.
Build strong partnerships with families, agencies and the wider community.
Lead strategically and support continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure compliance with relevant education legislation and policies.
Manage school resources effectively to achieve key goals.
