We are a Sydney‑based foreign exchange company with branches across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. Our services include foreign banknote exchange, instant money transfer, travel currency solutions, and online currency ordering, helping customers secure competitive rates with convenience and confidence.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time/ Part‑Time / Casual Customer Service Specialist who can work 3–5 days per week, including potential weekend shifts, and is able to rotate between our Warringah Mall and Bondi branches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Responsible, reliable, and accountable
- Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
- Availability for 3–5 working days per week, including weekends when required
- Ability to work across Warringah Mall and Bondi locations
- Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer phone enquiries
- Assist Mandarin‑speaking customers with transactions and enquiries
- Process and file customer documents
- Complete customer requests and assist with account reconciliation
- Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
- Perform daily transaction data entry and bank reconciliation
