As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Terrey Hills office and play a key role in delivering our projects to the high standard we’re known for.
The Role
This is a hands-on Project Manager role where you’ll take ownership of projects across program, budget and delivery, while acting as the key point of contact for clients.
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly from procurement through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project programs, budget and overall delivery
- Overseeing procurement, trade letting and subcontractor engagement
- Coordinating RFIs, documentation and project reporting
- Building strong relationships with clients, trades and consultants
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You
- 2–5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods and documentation
- Confident managing budgets, programs and stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused with high attention to detail
- High-end residential experience (highly regarded)
