Aussie Universal Hospitality Pty Ltd is seeking suitably qualified professionals to join our growing technical workforce in NSW. As part of our ongoing activities in expanding the involvement in telecommunications as well as network infrastructure activities, we are looking for suitably qualified personnel to support the delivery, installation, maintenance and technical management of telecommunications and NBN infrastructure projects.
We are seeking a Telecommunications Technical Officer and a Telecommunications Network Planner to support, maintain and improve our telecommunications systems, equipment and technical services on a full-time basis.
Telecommunications Technical Officer: The suitable applicant will assist with the installation, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment and infrastructure across the following tasks:
- Install and maintain telecommunications equipment and systems.
- Conduct testing and fault-finding activities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical network issues.
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with NBN infrastructure installation works.
- Configure telecommunications hardware and equipment.
- Maintain technical records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Qualification & Experience: The suitable candidate will hold a Diploma degree or relevant higher degree qualifications in related fields with 1 year of experience or at least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. Telecommunications Network Engineer:The suitable candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and documenting telecommunications and network infrastructure projects across the following tasks:
- Develop telecommunications network plans and infrastructure designs.
- Plan and coordinate network infrastructure projects.
- Assess network requirements, site conditions and technical specifications.
- Prepare network layouts, technical drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams, contractors and relevant stakeholders.
- Support the planning and implementation of NBN infrastructure.
- Review proposed network designs for compliance with technical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of network plans, project updates and documentation.
