This role sits across two of our core businesses: Hyecorp Property Group and North Shore Property Construction, both based at our Chatswood office.
The Role
This is a hands-on, full-time (Monday–Friday) position for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. You'll be a key support for the Directors of Hyecorp and North Shore Property Construction, as well as our Office & Asset Manager — helping keep the office running like clockwork every single day.
This isn't a desk-only role. You'll be the warm, professional face that greets everyone who walks through the door, the person who keeps things tidy, stocked and organised, and someone who's comfortable jumping in the car to get things done. What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Directors

Providing personal assistance to the Directors of Hyecorp and North Shore Property Construction
- Anticipating their day-to-day needs and proactively taking care of errands and tasks as they arise
Running the Office

Serving as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, handling them with professionalism and warmth
- Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring every guest leaves with a great first impression of the company
- Keeping meeting rooms, the kitchen and all common areas clean, tidy and well-stocked
- Coordinating couriers, sorting and distributing mail and deliveries
- Assisting with office purchases and running errands as needed
Supporting the Office & Asset Manager

Assisting with the day-to-day allocation of office resources and supplies
- Helping with procurement and ensuring the office is always presentable
- Preparing presentations, communications and reports as directed by the Office & Asset Manager
- Assisting with the planning and facilitation of corporate and social events
What We're Looking For

A current driver's licence is essential — having your own car is a strong advantage, as errands will regularly take you off-site
- Previous experience in an office assistant, receptionist or PA role
- A professional, polished presentation and a genuinely warm, client-focused manner
- Excellent communication skills — phone, written and in person
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities calmly and cheerfully
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Zoho or CRM experience is a bonus
- Proactive, reliable and self-motivated — someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it
