Role Overview
We are seeking a fit, capable, and experienced labourer who can hit the ground running. You will be involved in various aspects of structural and internal demolition, site clean-up, and material sorting. This is a subcontractor role, meaning you must be set up as a business entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing manual demolition tasks safely and efficiently.
- Using hand and power tools (jackhammers, grinders, crowbars, etc.) competently.
- Assisting with site preparation, strip-outs, and debris removal.
- Adhering strictly to workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
- Experience: Proven experience working in construction or demolition laboring.
- License & Transport: A valid Australian Driver’s License and your own reliable vehicle (to travel between sites).
- Business Setup: A current and active ABN (Australian Business Number) AND ACN (Australian Company Number).
- Safety: A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
