About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Sunshine Coast team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-start checks on plant and equipment

Operate production machinery and strap products for transport

Load materials onto production lines using overhead crane or forklift

Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient work area

Monitor machinery to ensure products meet quality standards and production targets

Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
Working Arrangements: 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
What We’re Looking For

Forklift licence and/or crane experience
- Experience with roll forming is highly regarded

Reliable, safety-focused, and keen to contribute to a positive team culture

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment advantageous but not essential
