Are you a recent graduate in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronic or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering?

What you’ll do
You’ll gain hands-on experience across our business, including:
Working with clients to understand operational challenges
Analysing performance data to identify improvements
Supporting equipment selection and process optimisation
Contributing to design concepts and engineering solutions
Assisting with research into new technologies
Using engineering software and specialist tools
Rotating across sites, teams, and product areas

What we’re looking for
Recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (or related discipline)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Full working rights in Australia
