This position offers an exceptional lifestyle balance with an 8/6 roster, meaning you get 6 full days at home every fortnight to enjoy the North Queensland lifestyle.
You will join a stable, supportive utilities team responsible for the preventative maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown repairs of camp infrastructure, commercial facilities, and water treatment systems.

Uniforms & PPE: All standard site uniforms and protective equipment supplied.
Carry out routine preventative maintenance, testing, and inspections across commercial and residential camp infrastructure.
Respond rapidly to reactive plumbing breakdowns, blocked drains, leak detections, and hot water system issues.
Maintain camp water treatment plants and pumping systems (where qualified/trained).
Ensure strict adherence to site health, safety, and environmental protocols.
Accurate logging of work orders via digital asset management software.
QLD Plumbing Licence: Current, unrestricted Queensland Plumbing and Drainage Licence.
Construction Induction: White Card.
Experience: Proven background in commercial maintenance, facility maintenance, or heavy industrial environments.
Fitness for Duty: Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a functional fitness assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
Drivers Licence: Current valid Australian Manual C-Class driver's licence.
Backflow / TMV: Endorsements for Backflow Prevention and Thermostatic Mixing Valves are highly regarded but not strictly mandatory.
