Cafe Ibis is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Barista All-Rounder to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking someone with café experience who is passionate about customer service, coffee. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced café environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Preparing and serving simple café meals and sandwiches
- Maintaining cleanliness of the café, kitchen, and dining areas
- Restocking fridges, displays, and supplies
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
What We're Looking For
- Previous café and barista experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Food handling knowledge is an advantage
- Flexible availability, including early mornings
