We are seeking an experienced Chartered Loss Adjuster to join our leadership team as Head of Quality & People Development – Property Loss Adjusting.
This role is responsible for talent management, development, retention and succession planning across Property Loss Adjusting. Reporting to the Head of Property, it brings together people development and quality in a practical, hands-on way. The focus is on strengthening technical excellence, consistency, commerciality and customer service, while building a strong pipeline of talent for the future.
The Head of Quality and People Development will:

Lead talent management, retention and succession planning across Property Loss Adjusting

Strengthen quality through a focus on report writing, commerciality, customer service and professional development

Help build the next generation of talent in a market where technical capability is increasingly hard to find
