Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing allied health team.
The Role
This is more than just a clinical role; it’s an opportunity to be part of a national movement that integrates allied health into leisure settings, making care more accessible, empowering, and community driven.
You’ll be working in a fully equipped health hub facility, including:

A modern fully equipped gym with functional training zones and cardio/strength equipment

A dedicated hydrotherapy pool for low-impact rehabilitation and recovery

Onsite Multi-Disciplinary Team

Access to group spaces and community engagement programs
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outcome-driven, compassionate care. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including clients funded through NDIS, Workcover, TAC, DVA, and private referrals, with the flexibility to grow your hours up to full-time.
What you'll be doing;

Deliver tailored exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing.

Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.

Facilitate group-based rehabilitation and health education sessions.

Promote the role of Exercise Physiology within the centre and the wider community.

Contribute to the growth of our Partners in Health program, helping shape the future of community health.
What you will bring;

Accreditation with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.

A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
