About the role:
The Cyber Governance, Risk and Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and oversight of cyber security governance, risk management, and assurance frameworks to protect the NSW Parliament's information assets and ensure compliance with legislation and policy.
The role also develops and implements an integrated privacy security framework for NSW Parliament, and manages the identification, investigation, notification and remediation of breaches of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (HRIP Act).

About you
In this role you need a demonstrated substantial knowledge and experience in the cyber security governance and risk management domain.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or industry certifications in cyber security or equivalent professional experience
- Hold a current AGSVA (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) Baseline Security Clearence or have the ability to obtain and maintain such clearance.
