Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand – Rococo Hawthorn

Rococo Hawthorn is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team.
Key responsibilities:
* Washing dishes, cooking equipment and kitchen utensils
* Keeping the dishwashing area clean, safe and organised
* Assisting with basic food preparation when required
* Cleaning floors, benches, cool rooms and kitchen equipment
* Emptying rubbish and correctly separating waste
* Receiving and storing deliveries when required
* Following all food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety procedures
* Supporting chefs during busy service periods
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning duties
What we’re looking for:
* Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Physically capable of lifting, standing and moving throughout the shift
* Available for nights, weekends and public holidays
* Previous kitchen-hand or dishwashing experience is preferred, but training can be provided
* Must have valid Australian working rights
