Carpenter (Full-Time) Employer: 3L Build Pty Ltd Location: Braybrook VIC, 3019 Salary: $83,000 per annum plus superannuation 3L Build Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Carpenter to join our team working on commercial fit-out and renovation projects across Melbourne.
Key duties:
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Measure, cut and install timber and other building materials.
- Construct and install wall and ceiling framing, partitions, doors, windows and flooring.
- Install joinery, fixtures and fittings.
- Carry out renovation, alteration and maintenance works.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements:
- At least a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of relevant full-time work experience as a Carpenter or in a closely related occupation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
