We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at the Grand Hotel in Frankston on a casual basis.

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service and maintaining presentation, compliance and responsible gaming standards at all times.
The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Featuring a family friendly bistro, great service and a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy.
About Us
Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.
What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach

Creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment

Handling cash and operating tills accurately and efficiently

Supporting venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries

Responding to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required

Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room

Supporting responsible gambling practices and providing information when required

Essential Requirements

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates

Current Gaming Licence

Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
