A to Z Allied Health is a mobile paediatric allied health team supporting children and families across Campbelltown and surrounding areas — in their homes, schools, and communities. We're clinician-led: our team still sees clients ourselves, so we understand what makes this work sustainable long-term.
We're currently hiring for both a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.
The Role
- Deliver paediatric assessment and therapy across home, school, and community settings
- Work with children presenting with autism spectrum, ADHD, developmental delay, and (for SP) language delay and AAC needs
- Build individualised, functional therapy plans in collaboration with families, educators, and allied health colleagues
- Manage your own caseload and schedule, with structure built around your availability
- Local caseload designed to minimise travel time
- Part-time and contract roles avaliable.

Requirements
- AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapy) or SPA registration (Speech Pathology)
- Confident working independently in home, school, and community settings
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills with children and families
- Solid organisation and time management
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
