We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Cooks and Chefs to join our expanding team across our Melbourne CBD, Ringwoodand Carnegie locations. If you have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least one year of relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.
Positions: Cooks and Chefs
Locations: Melbourne CBD, Ringwoodand Carnegie
Remuneration: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum (full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook authentic Korean BBQ dishes with consistency and care
· Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
· Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate with otherkitchen staff
· Monitor stock levels and inform management of ordering needs
· Comply with all food safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
· At least a certificate III in commercial cookery or equivalent
· At least one year of experience in a similar role
· Genuine interest in Korean cuisine and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-pacedteam environment
· Reliability and a positive work ethic
