ROLE PURPOSE
We’re currently recruiting for a Pricing Administrator – Back-to-School (BTS) on a 4-month temporary contract, expected to run from 4 August to 28 November 2025.
As part of the Pricing team, you’ll work closely with our Sales team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused administrative support—primarily within the Education / Back-to-School segment. In this role, you'll support a range of commercial pricing administration activities across both the Education sector and the broader organisation.
What’s exciting about this opportunity is the chance to shape and improve the tools and processes we use—helping to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and customer focus of our data entry and administrative functions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the Pricing process for Back to School liaising directly with the sales organisation
Assist with pricing enquiries relating to Back to School Order guides, Catalogues & Promotions
Support the wider pricing team with other initiatives as required
Maintain all elements of Back to School pricing and fees in company systems, including SAP
Provide training to fellow pricing team members
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
A great attitude coupled with the ability to be flexible and agile
Minimum of 2 years’ administration experience in a professional/commercial business
Medium to advanced expertise in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in working with medium to large datasets and Excel formulas
SAP and SQL experience highly desirable
Excellent time management skills
