About the Role
We are seeking passionate, high-achieving educators across all major academic disciplines—including Mathematics, Science, English, and other subjects (from Pre-VCE to VCE levels)—to lead our growing small group cohorts and interactive online masterclasses.
In this role, you will be more than a textbook delivery provider; you will be an Academic Architect. Since we empower our teaching team with strong pedagogical trust, you will have the autonomy to design, plan, and refine your own lesson plans and periodic assessments. Cooperating with our specialized Course Consultants and administrative teams, you will focus purely on what matters most: tracking student progress, delivering inspiring lessons, and building trusted, warm relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality programs for small group classes.
- Provide 1v1 online tutorials for students as required (Optional).
- Cooperate with Course Consultants to meet personalized student learning goals.
- Create lesson plans, weekly homework, and periodic assessments.
- Contribute to curriculum research and optimize teaching methodologies for relevant subjects.
- Track student learning progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
- Construct foundational Pre-VCE preparatory programs for Years 7–10 students.
- Follow Child Safe Standards to maintain a safe learning environment.
Skills & Requirements
- Valid Australian work rights with unrestricted working hours.
- Tertiary degree in Education, Arts, or relevant fields, and/or proven tutoring experience.
- Demonstrated experience in VCE or equivalent teaching, with current VIT registration or eligibility preferred.
- Ability to deliver lessons and communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (preferred).
- High level of respect and care for young people, bringing a positive influence to students.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to build solid relationships with parents and students.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and after-school hours.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a National Police Check, or willingness to obtain them.
