We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented ICT Systems Administrator to provide front-line technical support to our staff and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain company computers, servers, networks, internet connections, printers, and communication systems.
- Support fleet management, GPS tracking, transport management, warehouse, and logistics software.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, passwords, access permissions, and security settings.
- Provide technical support to drivers, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and office employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, mobile device, tablet, scanner, and printer issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to system outages or technical problems.
- Perform regular system backups, software updates, antivirus checks, and security maintenance.
- Maintain tablets, mobile phones, GPS devices, and communication equipment used in trucks and depots.
- Set up IT equipment and system access for new employees.
- Remove system access and recover company equipment when employees leave.
- Maintain records of IT equipment, software licenses, warranties, and user access.
- Coordinate with software vendors, internet providers, telecommunications companies, and external IT support.
- Protect company, customer, driver, vehicle, and delivery information from unauthorized access or loss.
- Assist with IT requirements for new depots, offices, vehicles, or warehouse locations.
- Prepare and maintain basic IT procedures, system records, and support documentation.
- Follow company safety, privacy, cybersecurity, and operational policies.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV or higher in Information Technology or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in an ICT support or helpdesk environment preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through problems methodically.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver license may be required for travel between depots or company locations.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wollert VIC
