Join Integricare…Curiosity Lives Here!
At Integricare, we nurture curiosity, confidence, and faith within a warm, Christian community. Every child is seen, heard, and encouraged to explore the world through play, learning, and imagination.
We are seeking a passionate educator to join our Ashfield Early Learning Centre team. Located in the heart of Ashfield, our centre is part of a warm and purposeful Integricare community committed to high-quality early childhood education and care. Ashfield is a vibrant and diverse Inner West suburb, well connected by public transport and known for its welcoming community, leafy parks, bustling local cafés, and family-friendly amenities. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while working within a supportive, values-driven team.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of educators to provide child-led learning and play in a faith-informed, values-driven environment. A true village that supports the whole family.
We are currently recruiting for two exciting opportunities: one full-time and one part-time Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III qualified). If you are looking for a role and would like to join a supportive and purpose-driven team, we would love to hear from you!
About You
You hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate III qualification and have a solid understanding of early learning frameworks and standards, including the EYLF, National Quality Framework and NQS. You hold a valid Working With Children Check. Most importantly, no matter your personal faith, you support Integricare’s Christian vision, mission, and values, contributing to a community where faith and learning go hand in hand.
You bring a positive outlook, a proactive approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’re eager to contribute ideas, take initiative, and seek opportunities to make things better every day. You have experience supporting children’s learning and development and delivering an approved learning framework to create a positive learning environment.
You are passionate about building positive relationships with children and families and have the communication skills to make those connections meaningful. You take care to support children’s daily routines and pay close attention to detail when complying with service policies and legislative requirements.
