- Contribute, to HR projects, policy improvement and workforce capability initiatives
- Coach and guide leaders to apply HR processes consistently and confidently
- Collaborate with the wider P&C team, including supporting recruitment activity during peak periods
- Partner with the broader P&C team to deliver seamless people support across all programs
About You - what you'll bring
- Experience as a HR/P&C Advisor or strong HR generalist, or solid HR experience with readiness to step into a broader advisory role
- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements (SCHADS experience highly regarded)
- Demonstrated capability managing ER/IR matters end-to-end, including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations
- Confidence interpreting industrial instruments and applying them in real scenarios
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate advice and support leaders through complex matters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to build trusted professional relationships quickly and influence outcomes in a positive, practical way
- Interest in contributing to organisational capability, change initiatives and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field (or working towards, or equivalent experience)
- Experience in disability services, community services or the NFP sector is desirable but not essential
- Current (or willingness to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check
Don't tick absolutely every box? No problem. If this role feels like the right next step and you're keen to grow, let's have a chat - we're big believers in potential, not perfection.
