This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated dining venue as People & Culture Advisor, where you’ll provide hands-on people support across Cibaria Noosa, partnering with leaders across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, engagement and employee matters while helping create an exceptional employee experience.
Main responsibilities:

Provide visible, day-to-day People & Culture support and practical guidance to Cibaria leaders and employees.
- Support payroll preparation, workforce administration and accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, building talent pipelines for operational and high-volume roles.
- Deliver a welcoming and structured onboarding experience, supporting induction, training, probation and new starter integration.
- Champion the Cibaria employee experience through engagement, communication, recognition and initiatives that strengthen connection and belonging.
- Support leaders with routine performance, conduct, attendance and workplace matters, escalating complex employee relations matters as appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments, mandatory training, safety and wellbeing requirements.
- Monitor people trends and workforce data, identifying risks and opportunities to improve attraction, engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Elysium Noosa and Group People & Culture teams to maintain consistent standards and support broader initiatives.
Your experience and skills include:

Previous People & Culture/HR experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants or a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Confidence providing practical advice to leaders on day-to-day employee matters.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments and workplace compliance.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a hands-on, approachable style.
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
- Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential.
