Your key responsibilities:
Undertake research, environmental scanning and critical analysis to identify and advise on strategic policy opportunities, priorities and risks related to delayed discharge.
Initiate and manage the development of policies and projects that seek to address priority health issues, population groups, and broad reforms that impact delayed discharge in the health system.
Provide expert advice related to program functions and policy related to delayed discharge and its impact on the health system.
Establish and maintain stakeholder networks to enable accurate and timely advice and guidance regarding the development, implementation and evaluation of policy and health service initiatives.
