About the Role
Join our mental health team and support meaningful recovery. You’ll help deliver safe, effective OT care, build strong links with staff and services, and maintain smooth day to day therapy support that makes a real difference.
Duties
- Support OT programs under professional direction
- Deliver therapy tasks and group activities as delegated
- Prepare resources, spaces and equipment for sessions
- Liaise with teams and community providers
- Maintain records and follow safety and care standards
About You
You’re a caring allied health assistant who supports recovery through practical, respectful OT support.
- Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or working towards
- Experience supporting mental health therapy programs
- Build rapport with diverse consumers, families and teams
- Communicate clearly and uphold ethical, confidential care
- Manage tasks, adapt to change and seek guidance as needed
