What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
- Lead and support a fantastic housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards every day
- Coordinate room allocations and keep the operation running smoothly
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure everything is guest-ready
- Coach, train and encourage team members to be their best
- Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to create seamless guest experiences
- Jump in and help wherever needed because great leaders don't lead from the sidelines
