Administrative Assistant
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Administrative Assistants to join our Business Team.
Based at our Junior Campus, the successful applicant will provide comprehensive library, administrative, Learning Diversity, student wellbeing, and first aid support services across the College. The role includes responding to enquiries, assisting visitors, maintaining records, and delivering high-quality customer service to staff, students, and families. The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in a school environment and with basic printing processes will be highly regarded.
This is an ongoing, permanent, part time position. The working hours are Monday to Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm (0.53FTE).
