As the people behind the print, we are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Production team located in Noble Park North on a Full-Time basis. This is an opportunity to lead from the front - guiding a dedicated team and ensuring every order is produced and leaves our facility to a high quality, efficiently and on time.
About the Role
Reporting into the Production Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for one of our Print Finishing Production Teams. You'll oversee daily operations, supporting your team to perform at their best, and ensuring production targets, quality standards and service commitments are consistently achieved.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound operational judgement and the ability to balance people, quality and productivity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a production team.
- Manage daily priorities and team member productivity to meet SLA targets
- Ensure compliance with quality and OHS standards and SOP's
- Monitor daily production and WIP reports
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Print Manufacturing (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Proven people leadership experience
- Understanding of production workflow, quality and SOPs
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using production management software
