The Responsibilities
- Lead and build performance content department, managing a small but growing team
- Own the ad creative strategy for paid social campaigns, shaping campaigns that convert.
- Utilise your skills copywriting, tone of voice, and creative messaging across campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business objectives.
- Translate consumer insights into high-performing creative concepts that deliver results across channels.
You Will Bring
- Strong experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of driving performance results.
- A balance of creative thinking and commercial acumen, able to bridge brand and performance.
- Experience in agency or brand-side roles, with the ability to thrive in-house.
- Deep understanding of audience behavior and the psychology behind engagement and conversion.
- Leadership capability to mentor, guide, and scale a small, high-performing creative team.
- Ability to think beyond execution, embedding into the brand to influence business outcomes.
