Love Cleaning and creating great spaces? We're hiring our next Caretakers for our Body Corporate Caretaking Crew. The role involves maintaining the internal & external common areas of apartment buildings.
- Cleaning focused: Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping and glass cleaning to maintain indoor common areas to a high standard.
- You will also need to be prepared to do some grounds maintenance including blowing, mowing, edging.
- Observing and reporting any issues with the building or grounds
- Working in a team to perform periodical cleaning and maintenance tasks such as deep cleaning tiles, washing walls, hedge trimming, lawn maintenance.
The Money:
- Start at the appropriate award level for your experience
- increases as you grow into the role.
The Hours:
- Casual: 15-25 hours a week
- Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm, No weekends. No Public Holidays
- Sites in Port Phillip, Glen Eira, Stonnington and Boorondara Council areas
The Work:
You will be working in our Caretaking Crew - cleaning and maintaining the internal common areas, gardens and grounds of apartment buildings (Body Corporate). The job has lots of variety, visiting multiple sites each day.
Much of our work is done in teams of two but you need to be confident to work solo shifts. Expect between 15 - 25 hours work a week (depending on your needs) in 4 - 6 hour shifts.
All equipment is supplied plus a van for team shifts.
