About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team and provide community-based physiotherapy services to aged care clients receiving Support at Home and Home Care Package services.
The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and support clients to improve their mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide mobility, strength, balance, and falls prevention programs.
- Complete clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Liaise with GPs, care coordinators, family members, and allied health professionals.
- Provide recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications where required.
- Educate clients and carers on exercises and self-management strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current Police Check.
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with older adults and community-based clients.

Pay: $65,188.63 – $118,441.03 per year
