What does the job look like?
Linfox is currently seeking 6 dedicated MC truck drivers with B-double & B-triple experience for our changeover/linehaul positions based in Chullora NSW. As part of these roles, you will be working Monday to Friday departing in the evenings between 8 pm and 11 pm. These positions will be towing pre-loaded trailers to Tarcutta and may be required to drive direct to Melbourne as needed. Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times
Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
Daily prestart checks and ensure loads are restrained appropriately
Fatigue management in line with BFM guidelines
Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation
Are you the one?
Current MC Licence essential
Changeover/ Linehaul driving experience essential
B double & B triple experience essential
Ability to manage fatigue – BFM required or willing to obtain
Knowledge of major Australian cities and/or interstate road networks
Strong work ethic, customer service and communication skills
