We’re a hardworking, down-to-earth team who value respect, reliability and a great work ethic. We also have the equipment to get the job done right, including top-of-the-line zero-turn lawn mowers, 4WD tractors and modern vehicles less than three years old.
With several new contracts secured, we’re expanding our team and looking for reliable people who are ready to get stuck in.
The Role
We have casual positions available for an immediate start, with the opportunity to work up to 5 days per week.
For the right person, this role has the potential to become permanent.
Experience is preferred, but not essential. If you’re keen to learn, physically capable and have a great attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
About You
To be successful, you’ll need to:
- Be available to work Monday to Friday
- Be able to arrive at Redhead by 6:30am
- Be willing to work hard and get your hands dirty
- Be physically fit and capable of performing outdoor, manual work
- Be reliable – if you commit to a shift, we need you to turn up
- Hold a current driver’s licence – essential
- Have previous lawn and garden maintenance experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Be willing to complete a paid trial day so we can see what you’re made of!
Experience driving with a trailer is highly regarded, but not essential.

Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- Lawn and Garden Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
