About the role:
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on commercial strategy, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. As Commercial Manager, you'll lead a team of Analysts and Leads while driving strategic supplier partnerships, margin growth initiatives, solution design, and process improvements. Your ability to turn insights into action will directly influence business performance and long-term success.
What You'll Bring:

Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Transport or 4PL industry
- Minimum 4 years business/finance experience
- Experience working with, and presenting to, Executives and Leadership
- Effective People management experience
- High degree of autonomy
