About the Role:
We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team at Naval Base.
In this role, you’ll support the branch by delivering high-quality administrative and customer service assistance. You’ll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while ensuring a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.
This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm—ideal for someone seeking hours that align with school schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a range of administrative activities to support branch operations
- Maintain records, support stocktakes as required, process invoices and purchase orders
- Prepare quotations, tender responses and reports
- Handle incoming phone, email, and face‑to‑face enquiries from employees and clients promptly and professionally
- Complete accurate data entry, update databases, and support compliance requirements
- Provide any other miscellaneous administrative duties as required
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support changing business needs
- Exposure to CRM systems advantage but not essential
