Part-Time | 12 Hours Per Week | Temporary position – 3 months with potential to extend

We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused Customer Experience Coordinator who loves creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their journey with us while identifying opportunities to make every interaction even better.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys administration, loves systems and processes, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working from our Alchemy venues
- Responding to customer enquiries via HubSpot
- Managing customer support tickets and feedback
- Processing membership cancellations, suspensions, and account changes
- Resolving booking and account discrepancies
- Responding to Google reviews and customer feedback
- Supporting group booking enquiries
- Identifying customer experience trends and improvement opportunities
- Conducting quality checks and reporting knowledge gaps or training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to work independently
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- A genuine passion for customer service
Experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, administration, hospitality, fitness, or wellness industries will be highly regarded.
