Instinct Cricket is currently looking for passionate and reliable casual cricket coaches to assist with our growing programs across Sydney.
This role is ideal for coaches who enjoy working in group environments and developing players through structured sessions, clinics and school programs.
Programs include:
- School Cricket Programs
- Academy & Group Coaching Programs
- Holiday Clinics
- Junior Development Programs
- Skill-Based Workshops & Clinics
What we’re looking for:
- Strong cricket knowledge and playing/coaching background
- Ability to work with junior athletes of varying ages and skill levels
- Energetic, professional and engaging personality
- Reliable communication and availability
- Passion for coaching, development and creating a positive environment
Preferred:
- Cricket coaching qualifications/accreditation
- Experience coaching in schools, clubs or pathways programs
- Driver’s licence and access to transport
Locations:
Programs run across various areas including Inner West, Blacktown, Campbelltown and surrounding regions.
