About Supreme Green Landscaping
Every great outdoor space starts with an in-depth conversation followed by a well-considered design.
Supreme Green Landscaping is a landscape design and construction business specialising in complete outdoor environments for knockdown rebuild new-home projects. We help clients transform their new house into a finished home with eye-catching, functional and well-renowned landscapes to maximise use of space.
Established in 2002, Supreme Green Landscaping combines creative landscape design, 3D visuals and Virtual Reality options with proven construction expertise to deliver luxurious, low-maintenance and award-winning landscapes.
We value quality, initiative and attention to detail, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating a professional experience for both clients and the team.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator in Sales Support to help keep our office, sales process and client journey running smoothly.
As one of the first points of contact for Supreme Green Landscaping, you’ll play an important role in the experience our clients have with us. You’ll respond to new enquiries, welcome visitors, gather project information, coordinate appointments and help prospective clients move confidently through the next steps of successful outcome to their projects.
You’ll also work closely with our Project Consultant, Sales Team, Design Team and Management, supporting everything from CRM updates and client follow-up to design presentations, marketing materials and day-to-day office Administration.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and likes being the person others rely on to keep things moving. You’ll build relationships with clients and project partners, stay across important details and help create a professional experience at every stage of the process.
You’ll spend your time:
· Welcoming clients, suppliers, builders and other visitors, and responding to phone, email, online and walk-in enquiries.
· Gathering project information and supporting the initial client qualification process.
· Coordinating consultations, design presentations, meetings and follow-up appointments.
· Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking enquiries and supporting clients through the sales process.
· Supporting the Project Consultant and Sales Team with administration, communication and follow-up.
· Preparing, organising and proof-checking design presentations, documents and other client-facing materials.
· Assisting with completed project imagery, online galleries, brochures and other marketing activities.
· Coordinating office supplies, uniforms, staff amenities, onboarding and general administration across the business
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role, working at our headquarters 5 days per week
You’ll rarely be focused on one type of task for long. You’ll move between client conversations, appointment coordination, CRM updates, presentation preparation, document proofing and practical office tasks.
It’s a hands-on coordination role that suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active and making a visible contribution to the client and team experience.
About You
You’re someone who notices the little things and takes responsibility for getting them right.
You might spot that a client needs an update, an appointment needs confirmation or a presentation needs one final proofread—and you’ll take care of it as the trusted gatekeeper of our client communication.
You enjoy helping people, communicate warmly and professionally, and take pride in creating a smooth experience for clients and colleagues. You’re comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change and no two days look exactly the same.
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a can-do attitude, a friendly manner and, above all, initiative and personal drive.
You’ll also bring:
· Experience in reception, administration, client services, sales support or another customer-facing role.
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including a professional phone manner and confidence engaging with clients, builders, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
· Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing emails, documents and presentations.
· Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments and follow-ups while managing competing priorities.
· A proactive approach, with confidence taking ownership, solving problems and identifying what needs to be done.
· Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.
Experience supporting a sales, design, construction or project-based team would be highly regarded but is not essential. Experience with accounts administration, invoicing or marketing support would also be highly advantageous.
