Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right bicycles, accessories, and gear to meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Perform inventory management and restocking tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Stay updated on the latest cycling trends, products, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Passion for cycling and a good understanding of bicycle types, accessories, and components.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
