We are looking for a motivated and hard-working Labourer / Installer Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Installation: Assist leading technicians with the physical installation of automatic gates, tracks, posts, and fencing.
- Site Preparation: Digging holes, mixing and pouring concrete, and clearing debris to prepare sites for installation.
- Tool & Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize materials, components, and power tools from the company vehicle.
- Assembly: Assist with basic mechanical assembly and mounting of gate hardware and automation brackets.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, and manual labour in outdoor conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, fencing, or general labour is highly regarded, but we are willing to train the right person.
- License: A valid manual Driver’s License is highly preferred.
- Certifications: White Card (Construction Induction) is required.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, keen to learn, and possesses a strong work ethic.
