What You Will Own
- Full venue operations in a flagship NSW location
- A high-performing team that thrives on energy and excellence
- Guest experiences that turn first-timers into regulars
- Rostering, stock, reporting, and smooth daily execution
- Budgets, performance, and operational excellence
- Safety, compliance, and world-class standards
- Collaboration with leadership to keep the BEST venue in NSW at the top
About You
You are built for energy, leadership, and fast-paced fun.
- Proven leadership experience in entertainment, retail, or hospitality
- A hands-on leader who sets the example
- Strong communicator who brings people together
- Confident with budgets, reporting, and Excel
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Available for nights, weekends, and peak trade
- Bonus: RSA, RMLV, Food Safety Supervisor or similar
And if you can hold your own in bowling or arcade games, you will fit right in.
