We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders, influence workforce strategy and help build a high-performing, engaged and capable workforce.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Partnering with leaders to deliver workforce planning, talent and succession strategies
Coaching and developing leaders to build high-performing teams and strong people management practices
Managing complex employee and industrial relations matters while ensuring legislative and award compliance
Leading organisational change, workforce improvement initiatives and people-focused projects that support business performance
About You
You are a strategic and collaborative HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to solve complex workforce challenges and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
You'll bring:

Experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role

Strong employee and industrial relations expertise

Sound knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards

Experience coaching and influencing leaders to build capability and accountability

Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills

The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical outcomes

Experience within disability, aged care, health or community services, and knowledge of the SCHADS Award, will be highly regarded.
