We’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our vibrant Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) team in Hammondville. To be considered, you’ll need availability for at least three weekdays per week, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role for the right candidate.
Our OSHC Educators are the energising hearts of our services, the sharp minds and friendly faces shaping the next generation. Supporting children from over 50 NSW schools, you’ll deliver fun, engaging and interactive programs across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.
This isn’t a standard 9–5. It’s a flexible, rewarding role that lets you build a schedule that suits your lifestyle, while making a real difference in children’s lives every day.
As part of our OSHC family, you will:

Create and lead fun, inclusive and engaging activities for primary school-aged children

Help design and deliver exciting program calendars

Support the safety, wellbeing and development of young minds

Work closely with children, families and OSHC Coordinators

To be successful, you’ll have:

Experience supervising and interacting with children

A strong understanding of child safeguarding priorities

Availability across Before School, After School and Vacation Care hours

HLTAID012 – Provide an Emergency Response in an Education and Care Setting and CPR (Required)

CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (Desirable)

A valid Working with Children Check
-
A Police Check (paid for by the Y)
