The Role
Kingsley PS is seeking highly organised and proactive School Officers to join our team and support key processes.
As a School Officer, you will ideally be a collaborative team player and provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to the school, working closely with the administration team, teaching staff, students, parents and the broader school community. You will ideally be proactive, adaptable and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
As the first point of contact for the school, the School Officer plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for students, families and visitors.
Under the guidance of the Manager Corporate Services the school officer role is including but not limited to a broad range of administrative responsibilities such as reception duties, enrolment procedures, processing student attendance, accurately maintaining school databases and management information systems, providing first aid, coordinating and tracking maintenance and repair requests, and supporting the publication of school communications.
Experience with Compass, Student Information System (SIS), RM Billing and RM Finance is highly desirable, along with a willingness to support and learn further phases of Compass implementation.

- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
