NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Contractor)

We are a registered NDIS provider seeking passionate and experienced NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing team on a contractor basis. You'll deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services while enjoying the flexibility to manage your own schedule and choose the clients you work with.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- A current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Developmental Education, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting people with disability, including working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support teams
- Strong skills in behaviour assessment, data collection, analysis, and the development of Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Excellent communication, report writing, and record-keeping skills
Requirements
You will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC), where required
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Australian Business Number (ABN), or willingness to obtain one
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

Pay: $67,474.29 – $118,088.51 per year
