Nurseryperson – Full Time
Vo Co Fresh Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Nurseryperson to join our horticultural production operation in South Australia. The successful applicant will support crop production, plant maintenance and harvesting activities to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propagate, plant and maintain vegetable crops.
- Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies.
- Operate and monitor irrigation systems.
- Apply fertilisers and plant treatments in accordance with company procedures.
- Prune, train and maintain crops to optimise growth and productivity.
- Harvest produce and assist with grading and quality control activities.
- Maintain production records and report crop issues to supervisors.
- Follow workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in horticulture, nursery operations or crop production.
- Knowledge of plant care and crop maintenance practices.
- Ability to identify common pests and diseases affecting crops.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
What We Offer:
- Full-time ongoing position.
- Salary: AUD 71,549 – AUD 75,000 per annum plus superannuation.
