We are seeking passionate
Bar Attendants and Bartenders to join our teams across multiple venues. You will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage service, crafting classic and signature cocktails, preparing quality coffee, and creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Sydney's most dynamic hospitality teams in venues that are shaping the city's dining and bar culture.
Our Venues
Loulou
A Good Food Guide hatted French bistro, with two locations in Sydney's CBD and Milsons Point. Loulou offers classic Parisian-inspired fare in refined yet welcoming settings, paired with an exceptional beverage program.
The Charles
Old world hospitality meets modern sensibility in an opulent brasserie defined by stylish service. Awarded one Good Food Hat, The Charles showcases its signature dry aged roasted duck alongside an exclusive wine selection and indulgent dessert trolley, delivering a classic experience with an exuberant edge.
Osteria Luna
Tucked beneath its sibling venue The Charles Brasserie & Bar in an Art Deco building on King Street, Osteria Luna channels the allure of an old-school Italian joint where the Rat Pack once lingered over martinis and pasta reimagined through a contemporary Sydney lens. The 106-seat dining room is draped in velvet, softly lit, and designed for long lunches and after-hours rendezvous.
Poetica Bar & Grill
Located opposite the Victoria Cross Metro station, Poetica celebrates fire, wood, and charcoal. Featuring a Josper oven, custom hearth, and a 700-bottle wine wall, it is a modern Sydney bar and grill with elegance and flair.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years' experience in bar or hospitality roles preferred
- Coffee experience is essential
- Strong cocktail, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
- A positive, professional attitude and strong team focus
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
